About Orbit

Orbit is a service company that ships AI employees.

We don’t sell software. We build, train, and operate dedicated AI employees for small professional services firms, branded for the industries they serve.

The story

Why we built it this way.

The promise of generative AI for small firms hasn’t matched the reality. The tools are powerful, but generic. They require integration work small firms don’t have engineering teams to do, configuration work most owners don’t have time for, and trust the products haven’t earned.

We started Orbit on a different premise. Build AI employees, not AI tools. Specialize for one industry at a time. Onboard each customer by hand. Operate the product as a service so the firm gets a teammate, not a project. Make the product itself trustworthy: by limiting what it can do, by logging what it does, and by keeping the work that requires human judgment in human hands.

We launched with Quill, an AI paralegal for small family law firms, because family law firms have the most acute version of the small-firm problem we’re trying to solve: high-touch communication, long matter cycles, and a workforce that burns out from administrative gravity. Atlas (residential property management) and Clover (independent insurance agencies) are next on the same model: one industry at a time, built carefully, operated as a service.

The company

Built by Zync AI Solutions.

Orbit is a product line of Zync AI Solutions, a company building AI infrastructure for small and mid-market professional services. We’re based in California.

Every Orbit product is built on the same multi-tenant platform, designed for the security, audit, and compliance requirements of regulated industries from day one. We carry professional liability insurance. Our services agreements were drafted with legal-tech counsel. We sign Data Processing Agreements with every customer.

We’re growing slowly on purpose. Adding a new vertical takes weeks of focused engineering and months of careful onboarding with design partner customers. We’d rather ship one product that earns trust than five that don’t.
