Orbit

AI employees, trained for your industry.

Orbit builds dedicated AI employees for small professional services firms. Each one is branded as a job title, specialized for one industry, and operated as a service, not a tool you have to learn.

Three products available. More on the way.

The problem

Small firms can’t afford the help they actually need.

Every small professional services firm has the same problem. The work that doesn’t bill (client communication, scheduling, organizing, intake, follow-up) eats hours that should be spent on the work that does. The right answer is to hire someone. The reality is that the cost of a full-time hire is hard to justify, and a part-time hire is hard to find.

Generic AI assistants don’t help with this. They’re built for everyone, which means they’re built for no one. They don’t know how a family law firm runs intake, or how a property manager handles a 2am maintenance call, or how an independent insurance agency processes a certificate of insurance request. Without that specificity, they create more work than they save.

Orbit builds AI employees that do know, because each one is built for one industry, integrated with the tools that industry uses, and operated by us as a service. Not a tool you configure. A teammate you hire.

The lineup

Three AI employees. One platform underneath.

Each Orbit product is a dedicated specialist for one industry, branded as a job title, trained on that industry’s workflows, and integrated with the tools its customers already use.

01. AI Paralegal

Quill

For solo and small family law firms.

Drafts client emails in your voice. Organizes case files. Tracks deadlines and hearings. Runs intake and conflict checks. Refuses to do the work that requires legal judgment, and tells you it has.

What we believe

Three principles every Orbit product is built on.

01

Specialization beats generalization.

A generic AI tool tries to be useful for everyone. An Orbit AI employee is built for one industry, integrated with that industry's tools, and trained on that industry's workflows. The narrowness is the value.

02

Depth beats breadth.

An Orbit product does fewer things, better. We'd rather ship five capabilities your team would respect than fifteen they'd quietly route around. The features that exist exist because they earned it.

03

Human judgment stays human.

Every Orbit product has a class of work it refuses to do: the work that requires the licensed judgment of an attorney, the lived expertise of a property manager, or the licensed authority of an insurance producer. The boundary is architectural, not contractual. It's part of what makes the product trustworthy.

How we operate

A service, not a SaaS.

Most AI products are tools you configure. Orbit is a service we operate.

Every Orbit customer is onboarded by hand. We integrate with the tools your team already uses. We train the AI on your firm’s voice, templates, and standard practices. We tune behavior over time based on what your team approves, edits, and rejects. When something needs adjusting, you tell us, and we adjust it. You get a teammate, not a license key.

Underneath, every Orbit product runs on the same multi-tenant platform, built for security, audit, and compliance from day one. Your data is encrypted, isolated, and never used to train AI models. Each product has its own integrations, its own workflows, and its own escalation rules, but the foundation is shared, which is why we can operate this way at small-firm prices.

Quill is the right product if you run a solo or small family law practice. Atlas is the fit for residential property managers; Clover is the fit for independent insurance agencies. If you’re somewhere else (adjacent professional services, an industry we haven’t shipped yet) we’d still like to hear from you.
